Buckland Dry Creek was born out of the Cheetham Saltpans stretching 30kms along Adelaide’s Northern shores, from Buckland Park to Dry Creek. The property is currently gearing up to produce salt again, whilst a 38-hectare portion of the 715-hectare site has already begun transformation into a future master planned subdivision.

So far, approximately 900,000 tonnes of soils have been laid in the section running parallel with Port Wakefield Rd. This area is currently earmarked for commercial & bulky goods stores. The balance of land to the West (towards the new Northern Connector) will eventually be home to 15,000 residences, mixed commercial, educational and industrial premises and 2 town centres. Whilst still in its infancy, this development is bringing much excitement to the Inner Northern suburbs of Adelaide.
