Sub-division of prime real estate was a natural progression for Epic following the purchase of the Findon landfill site. Since then, Epic has been involved in multiple developments across Adelaide including sites at;

 

  • Stebonheath & Fradd Rds, Munno Para – over 100 housing allotments
  • Ray St Subdivision, Findon – remediation, construction & division of 6-hectare site into various sized allotments for apartment buildings, townhouses, detached dwellings, a reserve and a Lifestyle Village
  • Wilkins Rd, Wingfield – remediation & division of land into industrial allotments over 13-hectares
  • Royal Park – residential allotments
  • Hendon – purchase & subdivision of commercial land

The building arm of Epic predominately focusses on design and construction for the group’s developments across the range of residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Recent projects include the Gawler Green Shopping Centre, which involved the fastest build of a Hungry Jacks store in the Southern Hemisphere.

Construction is now underway at the Ray St, Findon development of a 150 apartment Retirement Village facility (AURA). The construction of two residential apartment towers at the same site commenced in the second half of 2020. Previous works at the site by Epic include the construction of more than 20 townhouses, multiple detached houses and 3 apartment buildings.

Description of Works Constructed in 2013/14, the Gawler Green Shopping centre features a large Coles supermarket, a Hungry Jacks fast food outlet, a gym and tenancy space for 13 speciality retailers with a large onsite car park as well.

Description of Works Constructed in 2015/16. The large 2 storey townhouses each have 3 bedrooms with built in robes (main with en-suite), a study (or 4th bed), a large spacious kitchen & open plan living area with access to a 40 square meter private yard.
